I graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic at the University of South Wales, after completing 4 years of full-time training. My interest in chiropractic sparked after my mother received successful chiropractic treatment for an injury. I have a keen interest in healthcare and passion for helping others, which led me to pursue a career in chiropractic, where I will be able to directly improve my patient’s quality of life.
I undertake a patient-centred approach by providing the highest quality of care to all my patients. I strive to educate patients about their body and supplement this with hands-on treatment. I believe this encourages my patients to gain control of their condition. Overall, this helps the body to function at its optimum.
I have an interest in caring for children and pregnant women and wish to further my knowledge and practical skills in this field. I am also qualified in dry needling, registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association.
Outside of clinic, I enjoy keeping active and going to the gym, along with long strolls with my 4-legged friend – Theo the dachshund! I also enjoy cooking a variety of cuisines, as well as baking some of my favourite desserts.
I look forward to meeting and working with you to help reduce your symptoms and achieve your goals!
